  • A statement of accuracy: A written statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please ensure that your DMCA notice includes all of the required information listed above. Incomplete notices may not be processed, and we may request additional information before taking action.

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, AbolTech will take the following steps:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48–72 business hours.
  • Review: Our team will review the notice to determine its validity and completeness.
  • Action: If the notice is found to be valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notification: If applicable, we will notify the content contributor whose material has been removed, informing them of the takedown and their right to file a counter-notification.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AbolTech has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

7. Good Faith Disclaimer

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Therefore, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf before submitting a takedown notice.
